By giving great suggestions many of you, our valuable clients, play a major role when we plan our future products and services and we appreciate that a lot ! We now plan to create a remotely hosted service which for a small monthly fee will help you with all the daily tasks. As it will take us at least 6 months of development we would like to first ask you for your opinion. See features that we plan to include and suggest something new:
Clients database
create a database with all your clients. Each client will have private section with access to his/her projects, support tickets and files.
Project manager
manage all the projects that you work on and upload files for your clients. Each project will have own web address where your client will be able to watch progress and post comments. So if for example you do a design for someone you can upload the files and client will view them and post his/her comments.
Support ticket system
very similar to our PHPscripthelper.com website where each client can post a support ticket and you can reply to it.
Invoice system
issue an invoice for each project that you work on and send them to your clients.
Mailing system
send email message to all your clients any time you want.
Online Chat
use an online chat to be in touch with your clients. Place a chat button on your website so people can directly start chatting with you while looking at your website and the services you provide.

Re: Aro we plan to offer this a remotely hosted services. Meaning that all the files and database will be hosted on our own servers. Using iframe code and in the future a developer API people will be able to place the whole system on their websites. Of course they will be able to change the appearance so it match their website.

I am web designer and wonder if I use this system will my clients have to login your website to view and comment on projects that I do for them.

Re: Korel yes, your clients will have an account on our system to login and view the projects you do for them. They will also view all support tickets, all invoices, the knowledgebase, etc.. Using the iframe code the system will actually be placed on your domain name and by changing the layout for your account your clients will not see that they login our website. We also plan to offer custom domain where you can have your own domain linked to your account and no one will ever know that you use remotely hosted service.

That looks great! All those are great ideas. Are you thinking to make it available in several languages? Have you already know what that would cost monthly? and last but not least, do you plan to releas as scripts in phpjabbers the ones that would be knew (ie project manager)?

Hi Bernat, all of the future products that we make will have external language files so they can be easily translated. Price will vary depending on what other competitors offer, but as always the combination of quality and price will be unbeatable :)
